Founded in 1597 in Parras de la Fuente, Coahuila, Casa Madero is celebrated for its historic vineyards, high-altitude terroir, and premium wines.
This owner-led tasting will feature a curated selection from the winery’s acclaimed portfolio, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Chenin Blanc, paired with authentic Mexican–inspired small plates that highlight regional flavors.
